The first step in the process is to create the contact list and add your contacts.  If the list has already been created, simply select it.

Choose the list you wish to use then select ‘List Information’.

Then, under Subscriber Confirmation, choose the account user that you want to be notified when somebody subscribes to the list or completes a survey.

The account user that you have chosen will be notified when someone subscribes to this list.
