How to send a follow up email to survey respondents using automation
First, create the triggered email campaign that you want to send when your survey is completed.
Once the triggered campaign is ready to use, navigate to Automation and select Workflows, then choose the workflow template for when ‘A Survey is Submitted’. When asked for the enrolment rule, select the survey that you have created.
In the workflow editor, add a new campaign node and choose the triggered campaign that you have created.
Add new nodes as required to complete the workflow or end the workflow to send one email campaign on submission of the survey.
