Create a triggered email campaign that you will send to people who complete your survey. To learn how to create a triggered campaign, click here.
The next step is to create the list for the contacts who have completed the survey. Navigate to the List Information tab and click ‘Select Trigger Email to Send on Subscription’. Choose the trigger campaign that you have created.
The next step is to create the survey that you will use for your automated follow up email trigger. Learn how to create a survey here. Choose the list you wish to place the respondent into from ‘Select/Add List the respondent to be assigned to’. Then, activate your survey.
Now, when people complete and submit the form, they will be inserted into your chosen list. The triggered email campaign will then be sent.
