Working with Campaign Replies

You can view replies to your campaign from the Send Summary page.  Replies can be accessed from 3 places inside your account.

1. The Campaign Send Summary Report

Go to Reports > Campaign Summary and select the relevant Campaign. Looking at the Overview report, navigate down the page to the ‘Campaign Interactions’ section and select ‘Replies’.  The replies will then be visible in the reporting window.  Each reply is attributed to the relevant sender with the title, date and time of each email also displayed in the reporting window.  The email content is displayed beneath these data fields.  You can use this information to influence and inform future email campaigns.

 

2. Send Summary

Find your campaign and choose Send Summary > Reply Messages.

 

3. Campaign Summary

Go to Campaigns to view the campaign dashboard and choose Recent Replies to see replies coming into the account.
